DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY Every effort has been made to ensure that the portrayal of the products on our site are an accurate reflection of their characteristics, that the portrayal of these products will depend greatly upon characteristics and capabilities of your computer. Our photographs may not accurately match the product specification and are intended to be representative rather than definitive. All products, unless otherwise stated, are made from artificial materials and any references to flowers, leaves, etc., relate to manmade products. All references to gold, silver, pearl, crystal, etc., relate to colour and not the actual material from which the products are made. Our website is regularly updated and we aim to hold sufficient stock to meet all of our clients requirements, however, on the rare occasion when we are temporarily out of stock in a particular item you will be advised and of any anticipated future delivery date when it is to be replaced. We can also offer you alternatives but if neither of these solutions are satisfactory you may cancel the order immediately and a full refund will be made.
CANCELLATION You may cancel your order by email, telephone or post quoting the order number. If the goods have not been despatched at this point, a full refund of your initial payment will be made. If the goods have been despatched by us cancellation will only occur on receipt by us of the goods returned to us in the original packaging and in original condition. Any returns that you make will be at your own expense. No cancellation of order will be accepted after a period of five working days from receipt of the goods by you.
If the goods have been despatched by us and returned to us in line with the conditions above a full refund will only be made after any outstanding carriage charges have been met from your initial payment. Please also be advised that the right to cancel does not apply to any goods, which have been personalised.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards for payment. Any personal details that are held by us will be held on a secure server. Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full. All orders will be despatched by either courier or post direct from Italy. On placement of your order an invoice will be raised and despatched directly to you. We aim to despatch our goods within 7/8 working days from placement of the order but you should allow for at least 15 working days for receipt of the goods from placement of your order. We cannot under any circumstances guarantee a date by which goods will be received. All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your details are encrypted and held on a secure server. If you have indicated that we may not do so, we may retain your details and information about your purchases and we may send you information about our other companies and their products which we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information please be sure that you tick the correct tick box to ensure that your details are securely deleted from our server at the point of fulfilling your order. If you wish to cease receiving such information or if you wish us to cease holding your details please write to us at the address below.
We make every effort to ensure that our website is safe and secure for you to place your order and free from all viruses. We cannot, however, guarantee that any communications between us will be free from viruses nor that disclosure inadvertently of any information will never occur. We therefore shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of correspondence that you enter into with us on the website nor of any consequences that you may suffer as a result of these matters or any security breach.
We also wish to notify you that telephone conversations may be recorded for both your and our protection and for training and monitoring purposes.
ALLERGIES Some of the confectionery products which are represented on our website may contain nut traces. We advise you to take every care in relation to these products and we accept no responsibility for consequences of either you, your family, friends, guests or associates suffering adversely as a result of consuming any of these confectionery products.
ENGLISH LAW On placing an order you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out herein. Use of this site and all the terms and conditions associated with its use will be governed by English law and you agree to submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters of our relationship and all matters connected with your use of this website and any contact between us.
